Activate your Pro license

If you purchased Tailwindify HTML Pro via Lemon Squeezy, your receipt email contains a license key and an activation button. You can paste your license key into the chrome extension to activate.

Quick notes

• Free users: 10 conversions/day on selected element only (child elements replaced with "...").
• Pro users: unlimited conversions and full child element conversion.
• Activation limit: the license may have a device limit (e.g. 1–3 devices) — check your purchase details.

Troubleshooting

Common problems

• Activation failed: verify you copied the full key, ensure you are online, and try again. If you still have issues, use the Refund / Support links below.
• License revoked after refund: If you requested a refund, Lemon Squeezy revokes the license automatically; activation will fail afterwards.
• Extension not working on a page: Some sites use strong CSP or shadow DOM that prevent reading content. Try copying HTML into a local snippet and convert there.

Debug tips

1. Try a different page or a simple HTML snippet to confirm whether it’s site-specific.
2. Make sure you have the latest extension version (Updates are automatic after publish).

Refunds & Support

We handle refunds through Lemon Squeezy. If you want a refund, contact us first — we’ll help and process via Lemon Squeezy dashboard.

For refund processing we may ask for your order ID or email used for purchase (we do not store payment details).

FAQ

Q: What does the free plan include?

A: 10 conversions per day on selected parent element only. Child elements are replaced with "...". Upgrade to Pro to convert full child elements and get unlimited conversions.

Q: How do I find my license key?

A: It is emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy after purchase. Search for “Tailwindify HTML” or check the receipt email — the key looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Q: Can I move my license to a new device?

A: Yes — you can deactivate a device from the extension or contact support with your order ID and we’ll help free up a slot.

Q: Is my data shared?

A: No. The extension processes conversions locally. Only license validation calls (to Lemon Squeezy) are made for Pro verification.
